Beead, part of Ebuzzing Group www.ebuzzing.com, is the European leader in Video Advertising within media sites, with a powerful spectrum of innovative video ad units.

Our growing network is now entering into an exciting new growth phase, and we require a Publisher Sales Manager to join our team, acquire new publishers and look after key accounts on the network with the aim of maximising their revenues.

You will be joining the Publishing Management division within Beead, become part of a forward thinking entrepreneurial team looking to turn the network into THE premium network in its own right.

The role will require you to scout, present our ad units to premium publishers within the Italian market and manage a number of exciting accounts, deal with some very big brand names, and help to drive the network forward.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Research and recruit new publishers on to the network
• Managing relationships with publisher partners
• Maximise and increase campaign revenue
• Liaise with publishers to achieve campaign objectives and generate new revenue opportunities
• Analysing performance stats, feedback to publishers and react to the results

You will have:
• Very strong communication skills on all levels and excellent people skills
• The ability to prioritise a busy work load
• Familiarity with web technologies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (manipulating data in excel)
• Strong numeracy and organisational skills, with a great eye for detail
• Fully proficient in English

You will be a punctual, self-starter with a strong desire to grow and develop your position within our organisation.

This is a paid stage position, with the opportunity to progress to a full time position afterwards.
